Booloumba Creek 3 Phase Workshop

This isn’t just a workshop to build your portfolio (though you’ll definitely leave with stunning images). It’s a creative journey that guides you through the entire process of making art—from concept to creation to completion.
How It Works:
Phase 1: Concept & Planning (Pre-Workshop Zoom Session) - 4th April 2025
Before we meet, we’ll connect via Zoom. In this session, I’ll walk you through my creative process, and we’ll build a photoshoot concept with a certain style and vision.
Phase 2: The Photoshoot (On-Location at Booloumba Creek) - 12th April 2025
This is where the magic unfolds. On the day, we’ll meet at Booloumba Creek, Sunshine Coast with a model, and I’ll show you how I direct and execute my shoots. You’ll have the chance to work hands-on, capturing beautiful images while learning techniques to elevate your work.
Phase 3: Edit With Intuition (Post-Workshop Zoom Session) - 21st April 2025
A week after the photoshoot, we’ll meet again on Zoom for an intuitive editing session. I’ll show you how I bring my creative vision to life through editing, helping you refine your own images in a way that feels true to the vision.
This is more than a workshop—it’s a chance to deepen your creativity, refine your skills, and rediscover inspiration in a meaningful way.

Join me for a 90 minute shoot-along at a creek in the Gold Coast Hinterland. I’ll take care of the location, styling, and direction. You just turn up, shoot, and create.

Meet Your Educator
I’m Celeste, a photographer, educator, and mother, passionate about helping photographers develop their artistic voice, refine their craft, and build a creative practice that feels true to them.
For me, photography is about creating work I love and constantly exploring new ideas. I completed my Bachelor of Creative Arts in Photography in 2017, was invited to pursue Honours in Creative Arts Photography, and later studied a Master of Teaching, combining my understanding of photography with the skills to teach it in a way that’s practical, and engaging.
Five years ago, I started my photography business with the goal of being home with my babies while doing work that fuels me creatively and is financially sustainable. I know firsthand the challenge of balancing art and business, and I want to help photographers build a process that keeps them creatively fulfilled while making photography work for them.
I don’t teach a one-size-fits-all approach — I teach a way of seeing, thinking, and creating that allows you to push your own boundaries. Whether you’re here to build your skills, develop your style, or find confidence in your creative process, I’ll guide you through the tools and mindset that will help you create with intention and purpose.
